BOOKING - Booking is currently available via AirBnB. Rates for the rental of the apartment start from 100GBP. All local taxes are included in the rental price and copies of identity cards or passports will be taken on arrival as required by Croatian Law.
CANCELATIONS - We understand that from time to time things happen and you may wish to cancel your booking. We will issue a full refund if cancellation is made 5 days prior to your stay. Our cancellation terms are shown in full on AirBnB.
HOUSE RULES - We politely request that guest are considerate to our neighbours. The front wooden doors are normally closed to ensure privacy and security and you will often find them locked in the evening. If you are out of an evening, don’t forget the keys and please lock the doors once you return.
HOUSEKEEPING - Additional housekeeping is available, linen and towels will automatically be changed weekly. Please let us know at the time of booking of any additional requirements. A cot is also available, on request, for any younger guests.
SMOKING - We operate a strict no-smoking policy. If you wish to smoke outside, please do not discard butts onto the surrounding areas, but discard responsibly in the bin.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT - Check in is generally before 4pm on your day of arrival and check out is 12pm, however we will do our very best to be flexible if you are arriving early or wish to leave later. Please let us know at the time of booking.
DIRECTIONS - Once you have a confirmed booking we can send you more detailed instructions on how to reach the property and what to expect when you arrive with regards to the key collection and check-in.
PETS - We love dogs, but understand that some people don't, therefore we unfortunately do not allow pets at our apartment.
Wi-Fi and INTERNET - We provide free Wi-Fi Internet connections for our guests, but this is subject to local signal strength and atmospheric conditions which can adversely affect connection and are outside of our control. We shall not be liable for any failure or unavailability of the Wi-Fi Internet signal or connection. If guests use our free Wi-Fi internet connection, they are solely responsible for complying with all relevant laws and ensuring that no computer or software virus, inappropriate or illegal material, is accessed or downloaded, and we shall be fully indemnified by any guest using our Wi-Fi internet service against any computer or software virus which is downloaded and damages our software, systems or hardware, and against any other consequences of the accessing or downloading of inappropriate or illegal material. It is the sole responsibility of each guest to ensure that any parental locks or other restrictions are in place, and we cannot accept any responsibility for any inappropriate access or use of the Internet by children or others.
FALSIFIED BOKKINGS - Any booking obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.
